Avoiding Stress

There are several things to avoid some stress in your life.  Curteousy of Blag Dog.

1. Work out priorities Keep a list

2. Identify your stress situations

3. Think before you commit yourself to other people’s expectations

4. Don’t dwell on past mistakes

5. Express and discuss your feelings to the person responsible for your agitation.

6. Set aside time each day for recreation and exercise

8. Take your time: don’t let people rush you

9. Learn to manage stress

10. Think positively – you get what you expect
